FEBRUARY 17TH:I am getting very far away here from my vision of pretty watercolours of flowers and bunnies in meadows and general all-round pastoral and charming depictions of life by the sea.
I am excusing myself by claiming delirium and depleted resources, all my reserves having been sent into battle against the dreaded lurgy leaving only a few retired neurons and what looks like some broccoli in charge. I’ll be back to ‘normal’ next week. Honest.
I sketched this in ink pen in my sketch pad and then fooled around with it on my PC. Left it to the last minute-again, so a little sloppy but I like to think it adds to the action…See after the weekend.
